About us

Alliance Driving Academy has been a trusted partner on Manitoba roads since September of 2018. Since then, we have partnered with MPI's DriverZ program to deliver their material in various high schools across the city. This includes DMCI, Kelvin High School, Sturgeon Heights Collegiate Oak Park and Pembina Trails Collegiate. Not only do we deliver the material in an MPI certified training vehicle, we also deliver the material in the classroom as well.

Alliance Driving Academy is located in the south of Winnipeg but is permitted to teach all across the city and the rest of the province as well.

Meet the Team

Owner/Driving Instructor

Trevor Manoosingh, CDSI, BA, MA, CCC

Trevor has been an established Manitoba driving instructor since 2018. He has made every effort to improve the quality of instruction for all his students. Since starting, he has worked in the Manitoba high school DriverZ program, and assisted clients from various driving backgrounds in preparing for their road tests.

While developing and growing Alliance Driving Academy, he pursued a Masters degree in psychology. He is now assisting driver fitness in assessing drivers ability to drive after various medical circumstances. Trevor wants to evolve his practice by combining his education and experience to assist students safe return to Manitoba roads after traumatic roadway incidents.

Regardless of which realm of driver education he is working in, his objective is to help each client achieve their personal driving goals.

Driving Instructor

Rawle Manoosingh, CDSI, BA.

Rawle is an accomplished and experienced driving instructor who exhibits superior teaching skills. He has recently been brought into MPI's DriverZ program where he currently delivers the in-car portion of the program to high school students at Oak Park.

As a qualified driving instructor, he is patient, trustworthy, dependable, and professional. He has worked closely with students that has no driving experience, to students preparing for their road tests. He also has a lot of experience teaching newcomers to Canada. He understands the challenge of unlearning and relearning these complex skills. Whatever the circumstances are, he is ready to help you achieve your driving goals.
